Shipping
Orders are picked and packed within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders will then be sent and an email confirmation will be sent.
We use Royal Mail for shipping up to 2kg, and DPD for anything above.
For orders up to 2kg:
£3.50 flat rate - sent tracked and delivered within 3-5 working days
For orders 2-5kg:
£5.25 flat rate - sent tracked and delivered within 3-5 working days
For orders above 5kg:
£7.50 flat rate - sent tracked and delivered within 3-5 working days
We offer free shipping on orders above £35.00.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy differs depending on the category of the item purchased. Please see below.
For foodstuff:
Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged in any way. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason due to the nature of the products.
For merchandise and gifting range:
We offer a 14 day return policy on all items in this category. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused and unworn with any tags still applied.

If your return is accepted, return postage must be covered by the sender. We will issue a full refund upon receiving the items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
